金属透声膜对测深仪换能器声学性能影响研究

【摘要】 在复杂的海洋环境中,测深仪换能器对保障舰艇的正常航行起着不可代替的作用,金属透声膜可对某特殊工作环境下换能器的辐射面起着保护作用,因此金属透声膜的特性参数需要换能器设计人员重点关注。首先,通过有限元仿真对装配厚度为0mm(无钢板),0.5mm,1mm,1.5mm,2mm,2.5mm,3mm的不同钢材质透声膜辐射面换能器的水下电声性能进行分析;其次,根据有限元仿真选取1mm钢板作为测深仪换能器的前端辐射面;最后,在有限元基础上,研制了1mm钢板和无钢板两种类型的测深仪换能器,其谐振频率相差0.3kHz,最大发送电压响应无明显变化,最大接收灵敏度相差0.2dB,波束宽度相差0.5°。实验结果表明:两种类型换能器水下性能基本一致,1mm厚金属透声膜对换能器声学性能影响较小。
【Abstract】 In the complex marine environment, the echo sounder transducer plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring the normal navigation of the ship, The metal sound-transmitting membrane can protect the radiating surface of the transducer in a special working environment. Therefore, the characteristic parameters of the metal transmission film need to be paid attention to by the transducer designer. Firstly, the underwater electroacoustic performance of transducers of different steel plate sound-transmitting membrane radiation surfaces with thicknesses of 0mm(without steel plate), 0.5mm,1mm,1.5mm,2mm,2.5mm,3mm are simulated and analyzed by finite element method. Secondly,according to the finite element simulation, a 1mm steel plate is selected as the front-end radiation surface of the echo sounder transducer. Finally, on the basis of finite element, two types of depth sounder transducers with 1mm steel plate and without steel plate were developed. The resonance frequency differs by 0.3 kHz, the maximum transmission voltage response is unchanged, the maximum receiving sensitivity differs by 0.2dB, and the beam width differs 0.5degree. The experimental results show that: The underwater performance of the two types of transducers is basically the same, and 1mm metal sound-permeable membrane has little effect on the acoustic performance of the transducer.
