【摘要】 目的:研究AWPPH在慢性根尖周炎的作用。方法:检测慢性根尖周炎样本中AWPPH的表达情况;检测过表达AWPPH后BMP-2及RUNX-2的表达情况以及成骨细胞的增殖能力与分化能力。结果:AWPPH在慢性根尖周炎中表达低于对照组(p<0.05)。过表达AWPPH后BMP-2及RUNX-2的表达增高,p<0.05;过表达AWPPH后成骨细胞的增殖与分化能力增强,p<0.05。结论:AWPPH在慢性根尖周炎中表达降低并且可以促进成骨细胞增殖及分化能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To study the effect of AWPPH in chronic apical periodontitis.Methods:To detect the expression of AWPPH in samples of chronic periapical periodontitis;to detect the expression of BMP-2 and RUNX-2 after overexpression of AWPPH,and the proliferation and differentiation ability of bone cells.Results:The expression of AWPPH in chronic periapical periodontitis was lower than that in the control group(p<0.05).After overexpression of AWPPH,the expression of BMP-2 and RUNX-2 increased,p<0.05;after overexpression of AWPPH,the proliferation and differentiation ability of osteoblasts increased,p<0.05.Conclusion:The expression of AWPPH is decreased in chronic periapical periodontitis and could promote the proliferation and differentiation of osteoblasts.更多还原
