【摘要】 针对半成品房二次装修的环保问题,以与文里小区的A2户型为例,从外墙保温构造、土建、水电气、门窗、室内装饰、其他建议和主要材料公示制度七个方面进行分析探讨,提出相应的设计策略。对于其他产品类型,包括全装修房和菜单式装修房的实际运行情况和所面临的问题也做了简要的叙述和分析。指出不论何种产品类型,都需要进行有责任心的精细化设计,才能真正贴合居住者的实际生活需求,最大限度地消除后期可能产生的不必要的浪费和污染,以及相应的CO2排放,践行我国提出的绿色低碳的高质量发展目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the environmental problems that occur in the second decoration of semi-finished housing, this paper takes A2 house type in Yuwenli Community as an example, to analyze and discuss the seven aspects of external wall insulation construction, civil work, water and electricity and gas, doors and windows, interior decoration, other suggestions and the main materials publicity system, and propose the design strategies. The actual operation and problems faced by other product type, including decorated housing and menu decoration housing, are briefly described and analyzed as well. It is pointed out that no matter which product type, a responsible detailed design should be necessary, to truly meet the actual living needs of the occupants, eliminate unnecessary waste and pollution in the later stage, and the corresponding CO2emissions to the greatest extent, practice the green and low-carbon highquality development goals proposed by China.更多还原
