反应性酚醛树脂硫化丁基橡胶的研究

【摘要】 酚醛树脂较硫磺较为稳定、环保,避免了因硫磺硫化长时间泡析出S2-使水体发臭。本文以酚醛树脂作为丁基橡胶硫化剂,对树脂添加量、促进剂种类和促进剂添加量进行详细研究,并与硫磺硫化体系进行对比。结果表明纯树脂硫化速率慢,硫化时间较长,不适合批量化生产;TMTD和ZnCl2均能有效提高树脂硫化速率,其中ZnCl2效果更为明显,但存在硫化返原现象,且易腐蚀模具;树脂硫化体系能够赋予丁基橡胶与硫磺硫化体系同等的阻尼性能。
【Abstract】 Phenolic resin is more stable than sulfur, environmental protection, avoid sulfur sulphide soaked in water to precipitate the phenomenon of water odor. In this paper, phenolic resin was used as the curing agent of butyl rubber.The amount of resin, the type and amount of accelerator were studied in detail, and compared with sulfur curing system. The results showed that the curing rate of pure resin was slow, curing time was long and it was not suitable for mass production. Both TMTD and Zncl2 can effectively improve the reaction rate of the resin, and the effect of Zncl2is more obvious. However, there is the phenomenon of vulcanization back, and easy to corrode the mold. Resin vulcanization system can give butyl rubber with the same damping properties as sulfur vulcanization system.
