【摘要】 宿舍建筑作为高校13类建筑之一,具有总量大、与学生生活和学习息息相关的特点。本研究以改善西安地区高校多层宿舍区室外风环境舒适性为目标,对西安地区15所高校的多层宿舍区进行实地调研,从建筑层面分析其对室外风环境的影响。进而以西安市冬夏季主导风向、风速为依据,运用正交试验法,利用Phoenics软件对多层宿舍区进行室外风环境模拟,提出适宜西安地区高校多层宿舍区室外风环境舒适性的设计策略,以某高校多层宿舍区为例进行优化设计,并对照《绿色建筑评价标准》进行室外风环境评价。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the 13 types of buildings in colleges and universities,dormitory buildings have the characteristics of a large amount and are closely related to students’ life and study.This study aims to improve the outdoor wind environment comfort in the multi-storey dormitory areas of colleges and universities in Xi’an,conducts field research on the multi-storey dormitory areas of 15 colleges and universities in Xi’an area,and analyzes its impact on the outdoor wind environment from the architectural level Then,based on the prevailing wind direction and wind speed in winter and summer in Xi’an City,using the orthogonal test method and Phoenics software to simulate the outdoor wind environment of the multi-storey dormitory area,a design strategy suitable for the outdoor wind environment comfort of the multi-storey dormitory area of colleges and universities in Xi’an is proposed.,taking the multi-storey dormitory area of a university as an example to optimize the design,and evaluate the outdoor wind environment according to the Green Building Evaluation Standard.更多还原
