驴早期胚胎性别鉴定技术

【摘要】 本文分析了驴产业发展现状,其中驴繁殖力低、扩繁速度慢是阻碍其转型升级的关键因素,所以推广驴高效繁殖技术,实现良种扩群显得尤为重要,目前人工授精和胚胎移植等技术已经在驴产业中逐渐应用,极大的提高了种公驴的利用率和优秀母驴的繁殖潜力,如果能够与性别鉴定相结合,选择优良品种的雌性胚胎,不仅能够提高扩群速度、促进乳业发展、促进胚胎商业化生产,提高驴产业经济效益,还能够增强良种选育的强度、提高育种效率,加速乳肉兼用新品种的培育进程。目前最常用的性别鉴定方法就是通过PCR扩增从胚胎获得的DNA,鉴定是否存在雄性性别特异基因(如SRY基因),由于费时、费力、成本高的原因,在生产实践中难以普及。成本低、耗时短、准确度高、微创仍是未来研发早期胚胎性别鉴定技术的方向。

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the current development situation of the donkey industry,low fertility and reproduction rate is the key factors that hinder the transformation and upgrading,so promoting the efficient assisted reproduction techniques and increasing the number of elite herd.Now the artificial insemination and embryo transfer technology has been gradually applied in the donkey industry,greatly increase the efficiency of reproducible donkeys.If it can be combined with sex determination to select the female embryos of superior breeds,it can not only improve the speed of herd expansion,promote the development of dairy industry and the commercial production of embryos,improve the economic benefits of donkey industry,but also enhance the intensity of breeding of superior breeds,improve the breeding efficiency,and speed up the breeding process of new breeds for both milk and meat.At present,the most commonly used method of sex determination is to identify the existence of male sex-specific genes(such as SRY gene) by PCR amplification of DNA obtained from embryos.Due to time-consuming,laborious and high cost,it is difficult to popularize in production.Low cost,short time consuming,high accuracy and minimally invasive are still the direction of developing early embryo sex determination technology in the future.
