【摘要】 临床医学专业学位研究生培养和住院医师培训并轨的培养模式是目前医学研究生教育的改革方向,本研究以同济大学医学院附属医院各年级临床医学专业规范化培训学员为调研对象,通过问卷调查收集学员一般资料、生活状况、规培现状满意度、培训需求及就业价值取向等五方面的反馈信息,并通过结构化访谈,了解学员的思想状况基础上探寻学员们面临压力,并寻求对策建议,以进一步完善住院医师规范化培训学员的培养。更多还原

【Abstract】 A parallel training model of postgraduate training and resident training in clinical medicine is the direction of the reform of the medical graduate student education and the main way to cultivate highquality doctors in our country.This study selected the graduate students of clinical medicine major degree in the affiliated hospital of Tongji University as the subjects.Through questionnaire survey,feedback information was collected on the professional cognition,living conditions,training satisfaction and employment orientation of graduate students of clinical medicine major degree.Through the questionnaire survey,we collected feedback information on the professional cognition,living conditions,satisfaction with training and employment orientation of postgraduates in clinical medicine.On the basis of understanding the students’ ideological situation,this paper explores the causes of the students’ pressure,establishes a benign feedback mechanism for standardized resident training,strengthens the role of tutors in educating students,and strengthens ideological and political education in employment guidance for graduates,so as to improve the ideological and political education system of postgraduates in clinical medicine from many aspects.更多还原
