个性化护理在喉癌术后患者有效排痰的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨喉恶性肿瘤患者术后有效排痰方案的建立及效果评价。方法选取2019年1月—2019年12月期间共142例患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各71例。对照组实施常规排痰护理,观察组在对照组的基础上根据有效排痰方案排痰。结果经护理干预后,观察组患者气道黏膜的损伤出血、痰栓形成、肺部感染等并发症发生率低于对照组,且观察组的有效排痰率为98.32%,显著高于对照组的82.47%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在喉恶性肿瘤患者术后中实施有效排痰方案,可有效改善患者的肺功能,减轻患者的痛苦和经济负担,减少院内感染的机会和资源浪费。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the establishment and evaluation of effective sputum drainage scheme after operation for patients with laryngeal malignant tumor.Methods a total of 142 patients from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,71 patients each.The control group carried out routine sputum discharge nursing,and the observation group discharged sputum according to effective sputum discharge scheme on the basis of the control group.results After nursing intervention,the incidence of airway mucosal injury and hemorrhage,sputum thrombosis,pulmonary infection and other complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the effective sputum excretion rate in the observation group was 98.32%,significantly higher than that in the control group 82.47%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective sputum excretion in patients with laryngeal malignant tumor after surgery can effectively improve the lung function of patients,reduce the pain and economic burden of patients,reduce the opportunity of nosocomial infection and waste of resources.更多还原
