鼻腔横纹肌肉瘤1例

【摘要】 目的通过1例右侧鼻腔占位术后病理及免疫组化报告为鼻腔横纹肌肉瘤的个案报道,对鼻腔横纹肌肉瘤的诊断及治疗提供经验。方法通过检索文献及回顾横纹肌肉瘤的病史、症状、体征、影像学检查及术中表现,探索鼻腔横纹肌肉瘤的诊疗经验。结果临床上对鼻腔横纹肌肉瘤的认识不充分,没有足够的警惕性,没有完善相关检查,导致手术治疗不彻底。结论临床的诊疗过程中,患者的相关病史及检查至关重要,在不确定性质时及时病理活检及免疫组化明确诊断,再决定下一步治疗方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective One case of rhabdomyosarcoma of nasal cavity was reported by pathology and immunohistochemistry after operation of right nasal space occupying,which provided experience for the diagnosis and treatment of rhabdomyosarcoma of nasal cavity.method Objective to explore the diagnosis and treatment experience of rhabdomyosarcoma in nasal cavity by searching the literature and reviewing the history,symptoms,signs,imaging examination and intraoperative manifestations of rhabdomyosarcoma.result Clinica l understanding of rhabdomyosarcoma of the nasal cavity is not enough,there is not enough vigilance,not perfect the relevant examination,leading to incomplete surgical treatment.Conclusion In the process of clinical diagnosis and treatment,the patient's relevant history and examination are very important.In case of uncertain nature,timely pathological biopsy and immunohistochemical diagnosis can be made,and then the next treatment plan can be determined.更多还原
