多元合力师资队伍构建在全科住院医师培养中的探索

【摘要】 目的 :为进一步实现高质量培养全科医学人才的目标,充分发挥多元师资在全科住院医师培养的综合带教优势。方法 :我们通过构建多元合力的师资团队,创建全科导师-全科师资-专科师资-社区师资的合力带教模式,建立多元师资准入标准,实施多元合力管理模式,协同各方的教学能力及教学侧重点,以全科导师为主导,多元合力,优势互补,协同管理,指导带教。同时建立多元合力师资考核评价体系,提升师资带教效果。结果 :通过构建及实施多元合力带教模式,全面提升了全科医学师资的综合能力,培养了高质量的全科医学人才,体现全科医学专业培养特色。结论 :多元合力师资队伍构建在全科住院医师培养中发挥了重要作用,为培养高层次的全科医学专业人才提供保障。

【Abstract】 Objective :To achieve the goal of training high quality general practitioners, and give full play to the comprehensive teaching advantages of multi-disciplinary faculty team in cultivating general practitioners. Methods: We have established a multi-disciplinary faculty team to create a joint teaching mode composed of professional tutorgeneral practice faculty-specialist-community doctor. And establish access criteria for multi-disciplinary faculties, implement a multi-disciplinary management mode, coordinate the teaching ability and teaching focus of all parties. At the same time, we have established examination system and evaluation mechanism to ensure this teaching mode is guided by professional tutor and managed by all parties to improve the teaching quality. Results : We have improved the overall ability of general practice faculty, cultivated high-quality general medical talents and reflected the feature of general medical training.Conclusion : The multi-disciplinary faculty team plays a important role of training general practitioners and provides a guarantee for the cultivation of high-level general medical professionals.
