【摘要】 经外奇穴是腧穴的重要组成部分,建国以后国内经外奇穴的研究存在诸多问题:文献整理方面,阐述奇穴整体历史的文献少而粗疏,详考极少,偏重收集,系统规范化整理欠缺,20世纪80年代末开始单穴述考渐增;理论研究方面,经外奇穴的名称、概念、定义尚未统一,4个国际、国家标准以及针灸学各版教材中奇穴名词术语不尽一致,应规范标准化,目前多数研究倾向于使奇穴归经,仍未建立系统的经外奇穴理论框架。国家标准《经外奇穴名称与定位》2019年度草案收录52个经外奇穴,系统探讨梳理了"经外奇穴"概念演变、术语规范化和标准化的目标、路径与标志性成果,是经外奇穴规范化和标准化路径上的标志性事件。需要在此基础上进一步对经外奇穴进行规范化、标准化工作和系统性理论建构。更多还原

【Abstract】 There were many problems in the study of the Extra ordinary point which was an important part of the acupoint after the founding of the country.In the aspect of literature documentation,the overall history is less and rough,the detailed examination is very few,the collection is more,the system standardization is lacking,the examination of single point is increasing since the end of 80’s in the 20th century.In the aspect of theoretical research,the noun,concept and definition of the Extra ordinary point have not been unified.The terms and nouns in the four international and national standards and the various editions of acupuncture textbooks are not consistent,which should be standardized.At present,most studies tend to divide the Extra ordinary point into the fourteen meridians,and a systematic theoretical framework is not established still.The 2019 draft of the national standard "Nomenclature and location of extra point in common use" contains 52 points,and the evolution of the concept of the extra point,the objectives,paths and landmark achievements are systematically explored and combed.It is an iconic event on the standardized path.On this basis,it is necessary to further standardize and construct the systemic theory of the extra point.更多还原
