【摘要】 孙申田教授系黑龙江省针灸学科的创立者之一,全国名老中医,其创建的"经颅重复针刺法"广泛应用于临床,五十年来为无数患者解病痛、疗情志,尤其在面瘫病和中风病后遗症期患者的治疗中获得了良好的临床疗效。本文结合笔者跟诊过程中的经验体会和个人思考,在现有相关文献的支撑下,从最佳进针层次、针刺异常疼痛感的产生及处理、"火候"、即刻效应与远期效应4个方面对"经颅重复针刺法"展开讨论,希望能够引起学习者的讨论与共鸣。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor Sun Shentian is one of the founders of acupuncture in Heilongjiang Province and a famous veteran of Traditional Chinese medicine in China.His "transcranial repetitive acupuncture" method has been widely used in clinical practice for 50 years,relieving pain and treating emotion for countless patients,especially in the treatment of patients with facial paralysis and apoplexy sequelae stage,and has obtained good clinical efficacy.In this paper,the author with clinical experiences and individual in the process of thinking,under the support of the existing related literature,from the best level,the needles acupuncture abnormal production and processing of pain,"temperature",with immediate effect and long-term effect of four aspects of "transcranial repeated acupuncture method" to discuss,hope to be able to cause the learner’s discussion and resonance.更多还原
