【摘要】 青光眼是全球首位不可逆性致盲眼病,以特异性视神经损害和视野缺损为特征。其发病机制复杂,参与的因素较多,但最终的通路都是视神经细胞的凋亡。局部的血供状态对青光眼的发生和发展有重要的影响,中医从"血瘀"角度论治原发性青光眼取得了一定的进展,本文主要从"血瘀"角度探讨原发性青光眼的病机和治疗进展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Glaucoma is the first irreversible disease causing blind in the global.The pathogenesis underlying glaucoma is complicated and yet not well clarified,but eventually has RGC apoptosis.This article is to make a review to the pathogenesis and research progress of primary glaucoma from the perspective of blood stasis.The advances of Activating blood and Resolving Stasis to primary glaucoma is also introduced.更多还原
