【Abstract】 The employment of college students has been paid much attention, which is a problem most college students have to face, and it is of great significance to students and their families. There are many factors, such as the increasing number of university graduates, the restriction of the traditional concept and the limitation of the number of jobs provided by the society, which have caused the university students to bear different degrees of psychological pressure during the job-hunting. It is inevitable for the individuals to have job-selection anxiety. Alleviating college students’ job anxiety is of great significance for their physical and mental health and the smooth development of job selection. Vocational Selection Anxiety is influenced by many factors, such as the degree of understanding and help from all sides in the surrounding environment, the behavior and attitude of individuals when choosing a career, and the degree of clarity and firmness for the purpose. In order to explore the mechanism of Vocational Selection Anxiety, this study adopts empirical research and qualitative interview, using the Perceived Social Support Scale, the Coping Style Scale, the Purpose in Life Test and the Vocational Selection Anxiety Questionnaire for college graduates as measuring tools to explore the role of Coping Style and Life Meaning Feeling in the relationship between Perceived Social Support and Vocational Selection Anxiety. The 675 college students from three universities in Inner Mongolia were investigated, using semi-structured interview to explore the composition and characteristics of various variables in the group of college students, as well as the specific mechanism of action among the variables. According to the research results and analysis, the conclusions are as follows:(1) The total score of Perceived Social Support of female students is significantly higher than that of male students. The Positive Coping Scores of freshmen are significantly higher than that of juniors and seniors. The total score of Life Meaning Feeling of male students is significantly higher than that of female students, and the level of life meaning of freshmen is significantly higher than that of other grades. There are obvious differences in the subject categories and grades among the college students, and the students of literature will have more Vocational Selection Anxiety than the students of science and engineering. The anxiety degree of junior and senior college students is significantly higher than that of freshmen.(2) Perceived Social Support can indirectly influence individuals’ Vocational Selection Anxiety through Coping Style, and Perceived Social Support can influence Vocational Selection Anxiety through Positive Coping Style, Coping Style plays an mediating role in the relationship between Perceived Social Support and Vocational Selection Anxiety, and Perceived Social Support affects Vocational Selection Anxiety through Life Meaning Feeling, which mediates the relationship between Perceived Social Support and Vocational Selection Anxiety in the model, Coping Style and Life Meaning Feeling are the mediating variables that Perceived Social Support affects Vocational Selection Anxiety. Coping Style and Life Meaning Feeling play multiple mediating roles in the relationship between Perceived Social Support and Vocational Selection Anxiety.
