【摘要】 幸福一直是积极心理学研究的热点,大众观点常认为道德者更幸福。关于幸福的研究有两种主要的理论观点:享乐论和实现论。道德身份虽然在概念和实证上均与实现论幸福密切联系,但也存在关于道德身份和享乐论幸福(主观幸福感)联系的证据。现有研究的局限在于对道德身份与两种幸福感的联系关注不够,并缺少对道德身份促进幸福机制的探讨。本研究提出,在成人初期,实现论的幸福感反映了实现论身份的功能完善,道德身份可能通过实现者身份的功能的完善促进主观幸福感。道德身份的内化(有)和符号化维度(做)均可通过该机制促进主观幸福感。研究收集了成人初期416名在校大学生的调查数据,被调查者完成了道德身份中心性问卷,主观幸福感和实现论幸福感的测量。结果证实了研究的假设:实现论幸福在道德身份和主观幸福感之间起着完全中介的作用。道德身份的"有"和"做"两方面均通过实现论身份的中介促进主观幸福感。研究讨论了道德身份与两种幸福观点的关系,虽然幸福的研究认为享乐论幸福和实现论幸福是两种并行的观点,但在身份发展的特定时期,道德身份的对幸福感促进的作用主要体现在实现身份的功能完善上,某种程度上主观幸福感是实现论身份所带来的间接收益。道德身份作为实现论身份的一个重要方面,对于幸福的发展和促进起重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Moral identity can be useful in improving human well-being, but researches payed little attention to the relationship between moral identity and two different well-being perspective: hedonia and eudaimonia. Current study proposed that eudaimonia identity can be a critical mechanism that function as mediation between moral identity and subjective well-being in emerging adults. Two subdimensions of moral identity: internalization and symbolization,usually be thought as the "having" and "doing" side of the moral self, both can promote subjective well-being from the proposed mediation mechanism. We examined 416 emerging adult participants, who completed the Self-importance of Moral Identity, the Satisfaction with Life Scale, Scale of Positive and Negative Experience, and the Questionnaire for Eudaimonic Well-being. The result from the investigate data confirmed our hypothesis. The eudaimonia identity played as complete mediation between moral identity and subjective well-being. Two subdimensions of moral identity, internalization and symbolization, both promoted subjective well-being from the mediation mechanism of eudaimonia identity function.
