金黄色葡萄球菌耐药传播机制研究进展

【摘要】 金黄色葡萄球菌是一种重要的食源性致病菌,伴随着抗生素的使用,其耐药问题日益严重。金黄色葡萄球菌耐药机制分为固有性耐药和获得性耐药两种,其中由可移动遗传元件介导的耐药基因水平转移是金黄色葡萄球菌耐药传播的重要原因。本文综述了金黄色葡萄球菌中常见的可移动遗传元件,如SCCmec基因盒、质粒、转座子等,及其介导耐药传播的主要机制,并总结了影响耐药基因水平传播的因素。通过研究金黄色葡萄球菌中耐药基因传播机制,为防控其在医疗、养殖、食品、环境中的传播具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Staphylococcus aureus is an important foodborne pathogen.With the overuse and misuse of antibiotics,the drug resistance among S.aureus is becoming more and more serious.The mechanism of drug resistance in S.aureus can be divided into intrinsic resistance and acquired resistance,among which the horizontal transfer of drug-resistance genes mediated by mobile genetic elements is the key for the transmission of drug resistance.In this review,common mobile genetic elements such as SCCmec gene box,plasmid and transposon in S.aureus and the main mechanisms that mediate the transmission of drug resistance are reviewed,and the factors that influence the horizontal transmission of drug resistance genes are summarized.By studying the transmission mechanism of drug-resistance genes in S.aureus,it is of great significance to prevent and control its transmission in medical treatment,farming,food and environment.
