1971~2010年东北三省平均地面风速变化
Change in surface mean wind speed of Northeast China during 1971-2010

【摘要】 利用1971~2010年逐月观测资料,分析了东北三省年、季节和月平均地面风速变化的时空特征。结果表明:(1)整个时期东北三省年平均地面风速变化呈显著递减趋势,变化速率为-0.23m/s/l0a,1971~2000年(前30年)、1981~2010年(近30年)和1991~2010年(近20年)平均地面风速变化均呈显著递减趋势,线性变化速率分别达-0.25m/s/l0a和-0.20m/s/l0a和-0.17m/s/l0a,均通过了0.001显著性检验;(2)近40年内东北三省各季和逐月平均地面风速变化趋势呈显著递减趋势,均通过了0.001显著性检验;春季递减速率最大,冬、秋季次之,夏季最小;(3)近40年内东北三省地面年平均风速的趋势变化除个别站点外,其它都呈现出比较一致的显著递减趋势,但最近20年呈现显著递减趋势的站点数在减少,而呈递增趋势的站点数增多,这一特点在最近10年表现尤其突出。
【Abstract】 Monthly surface wind data from 1971 to 2010 are used to study temporal and spatial change in surface average wind in three provinces(Liaoning,Jilin and Heilongjiang) of Northeast China.The results show that:(1) For the entire period(40 years) mean surface wind speed in the three provinces had a significant decreasing trend at a rate of-0.23m/s/l0a.For periods 1971 ~ 2000(the first 30 years),1981 ~ 2010(the last 30 years) and 1991 ~ 2010(the last 20 years),mean surface wind speed showed a significant decline at rates of-0.25m/s/l0a,-0.20m/s/l0a and-0.17m /s/l0a,all statistically significant at the 0.001 confidence level.(2) For the entire study period,all of the seasonal average surface wind speed had significant decreasing trends,and the decrease in spring was more significant,followed by winter,fall,and summer.All seasonal trends for teh whole period were significant at the 0.001 confidence level.The monthly average surface wind speed was also consistently decreasing.(3) Except for individual sites,the average annual wind speed of different sites mostly showed a significant decline for the whole time period.During the past 20 years,the average surface wind speed of the sites also showed a decreasing trend in most areas,but the sites with significantly decreasing trend were in the reduction,and the sites with increasing trend were in rise,especially in the past 10 years in the central and western parts of the three provinces.
