富氢煤气在竖炉工艺中的生产能力计算与分析

【摘要】 本文计算选择的裂解介质为O2,首先对理想条件下富氢煤气在竖炉还原工艺中的生产能力进行了热力学计算。通过热力学计算可知:竖炉生产过程中,作为热源的富氢煤气消耗量大于作为还原剂的消耗量。补充竖炉内热需求量的方法有两种,不同的热量补偿方式,金属铁产量的变化趋势不同。(1)直接补充重整富氢煤气,金属铁的产量随生成温度的升高而降低。120万吨焦炉产生的焦炉煤气在金属铁生成温度为850℃和900℃时,相应的竖炉生产能力分别为50.72万吨/年和49.90万吨/年。(2)先采用煤气自重整技术再补充额外富氢煤气的情况下,随着金属铁生成温度的升高,金属铁的产量先增大后减小,出现一个峰值。120万吨焦炉产生的焦炉煤气在金属铁生成温度为845℃和900℃时,相应的竖炉生产能力分别为56.69万吨/年(最大值)和55.68万吨/年。本文研究内容及结果旨在为实际的富氢竖炉工艺选择合理的操作参数提供评估方法和理论依据。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the cracking medium is O2.First the production capacity of hydrogen-enriched gas in direct reduction process of shaft furnace under ideal conditions was calculated.The thermodynamic calculation results show that,in shaft furnace process,the hydrogen-enriched gas consumption as heat source is more than that as reducing agent There are two methods to supply the heat gap.The tendency of metallic Fe production is different with two different methods.(1)In the case of directly supplying reformed hydrogen-enriched gas,the yield of metallic Fe decreases with increasing formation temperature of metallic Fe.For a coke oven with capacity of 1200000 tons,as the formation temperature are850 C and 900℃,the corresponding annual yields of shaft furnace are 507.2×103 tons/year and 499.0×103 tons/year.(2) In the case of ZR technology followed by supplying extra hydrogen-enriched gas,the yield of metallic Fe first increases and then decreases with increasing formation temperature of metallic Fe,and there is a peak value.For a coke oven with capacity of 1200000 tons,as the formation temperature are 845℃ and 900℃,the corresponding annual yields of shaft furnace are 566.9 x103 tons/year(maximum value) and 556.8 x103 tons/year.The aim of present work is to provide evaluation method and fundamentals for choosing optimal parameters for an actual hydrogen-enriched shaft furnace process.
