SAR雷达高炉料面形态场与流场可视化研究进展

【摘要】 钢铁工业是高耗能、高污染、资源型产业。现代大型高炉属一类耗能巨大的"黑箱"设备,操作人员希望获取高炉内部冶炼实时状态,炉况数字化,可控制,可预测,高效完成碳氧高温还原反应,实现节能减排和稳定顺行目标。研究了粗糙料面多参数、多维度电磁特征的获取、认知、解释的理论问题,研究了封闭空间和多场多相复杂环境下,高性能雷达探测以及电磁点云图像深度学习,通过料面电磁散射特征逆问题求解,映射出炉顶上部空间真实的密度和速度场分布的物理状态。研制了恶劣环境SAR雷达扫描成像装置,可以掌握炉内料形变化趋势,下料速度,煤气流分布等关键参数,初步实现了高温、高压、高粉尘、强黏附环境下的料层可视化。项目成果在宝武、攀枝花、首钢和南钢等投入使用,最长免维护周期达到18个月,料线测量精度在1%以内。

【Abstract】 The iron and steel industry is a high-energy,high-pollution,and resource-based industry.Modem large-scale blast furnace(BF) is a kind of "black box" equipment with huge energy consumption.The operator hopes to obtain the real-time status of the internal smelting of the BF,realize the digitalization of the BF condition,controllable,predictable,efficient completion of the high-temperature reduction reaction of carbon and oxygen,and achieve the goals of energy saving,emission reduction and stable direct travel.The theoretical problems of the acquisition,cognition and interpretation of the multi-parameter and multi-dimensional electromagnetic characteristics of the rough BF surface are studied.Research on high-performance radar detection and deep learning methods of electromagnetic point cloud images in closed spaces and multi-field and multi-phase complex environments.By solving the inverse problem of electromagnetic scattering characteristics of the surface,the physical state of the real density and velocity field distribution in the upper space of the BF is mapped out.Developed a harsh environment SAR radar scanning imaging device,which can obtain the change of the burden surface,the feeding speed the gas flow distribution and other key parameters,and initially realized the visualization of the material layer under the environment of high temperature,high pressure,high dust,and strong adhesion.The Radar is applied in companies such as BaoWu,Panzhihua,ShouGang and NanGang Iron & Steel company.The longest maintenance-free time of the Radar reaches 18 months,and the measuring accuracy of the burden line is within 1%.
