板带钢全生命周期数字化技术及应用
Digital Technology and Application of Whole Life Cycle of Plate and Strip Steel

【摘要】 数字化制造技术是十四五期间先进基础材料发展的重点之一。其侧重于产品全生命周期数字化技术的应用,是实现智能制造的基础,而数值模拟技术是数字化的中坚。文章总结了材料加工数值模拟技术的发展方向,并围绕板带钢从连铸到应用服役,开展了板坯连铸一维、二维到整台铸机连铸全程的三维热力耦合模拟,在支持板坯大直径辊大压下工艺装备的落地实施的同时开发了应变渗透、压下负荷等相关预测系统;针对热连轧、宽厚板轧制的核心工艺环节,从加热、定宽、往复轧制、展宽轧制、热连轧及控制冷却等,完成全轧程三维热力耦合数值模拟及组织演变、性能预测;建立了卷取、板卷冷却、开卷矫直过程数值计算模型并完成模拟分析;对板带轧制中遇到的常见问题:翘头、浪型、边部折叠、开卷过程的"龟背"现象、支撑辊应力集中以及特厚板轧后平面形状及边部鼓形建立了针对性的模型并进行模拟分析;开发了热连轧、宽厚板轧制数字化系统平台;针对冷轧连退核心工艺环节,建立了6辊弹性辊轧制数值计算模型,得到了显式化浪型结果;完成连退炉内"W"形辐射管内燃烧模拟,并建立了连退过程辐射加热带钢的数值计算模型,并得到了连退炉中走带瓢曲、边浪、跑偏的模拟结果;完成了CVC平整机弹性辊二次压下过程模拟,得到了边降、轧制纵纹等计算结果;在板带钢产品成形及应用服役方面,模拟了多种成形工艺,完成了极端服役条件及选材相关的模拟研究。
【Abstract】 Digital manufacturing technology is one of the key points in the development of advanced basic materials during the 14 th Five Year Plan period.It focuses on the application of digital technology in the whole product life cycle,which is the basis of intelligent manufacturing,and numerical simulation technology is the backbone of digitization.This paper summarizes the development direction of material processing numerical simulation technology,and introduce author’s related research work around the plate and strip steel from continuous casting to application.For the wholecontinuous casting processfrom ID and 2 D to entire strand’s thermal mechanical coupled3 Dmodel are built and simulated;For supporting the implementation of slab casting largediameter roll large reduction process equipment,relevant prediction systems such as strain infiltration and reduction load are developed;Aiming at the core process links of hot continuous rolling and plate rolling,3 Dthermal mechanical coupled numerical simulation,microstructure evolution and performance prediction of the whole rolling process are completed from heating,sizing press,reversing rolling,spread rolling,hot continuous rolling and controlled cooling;The numerical model of coiling,coil cooling and uncoiling straightening process is established and simulated;The common problems encountered in plate and strip rolling:ski-up,wave shape,edge folding,C warp phenomenon in uncoiling process,stress concentration of backup roll,plane shape and edge double drumshape ofultra-heavy plate rolling are established and simulated;The digital system platform of hot continuousrolling and plate rolling is developed;Aiming at the core process of cold rolling continuous annealing,the 6 high elastic roll numerical model is established and the explicit wave shape results are obtained;The combustion simulation in the "W" shaped radiant tube in the continuous annealing furnace is completed,the numericalmodel of radiant heating strip steel in the continuous annealing process is established,and the simulation results ofstripbuckling,edge wave and running deviation in the continuous annealing furnace are obtained;The secondary reduction process of CVC temper mill elastic roll is simulated,and the calculation results of the edge drop and rolling longitudinal waveare obtained;In terms of sheet and strip product forming and application service,a variety of forming processes are simulated,and the simulation research related to extreme service conditions and material selection is completed.
