高炉渣镁铝比控制理论及其应用

【摘要】 炼铁工序能耗占钢铁冶炼全流程的70%以上,节能降耗是绿色炼铁的核心方针。进入21世纪,我国进口矿石量增多,2019年约11亿吨,约65%为来源于澳洲高Al2O3矿石。高炉渣Al2O3含量随之增大,达到15%~17%,高炉渣的冶金性能受到影响,如炉渣粘度变大,流动性和脱硫能力降低等。为了突破高Al2O3渣系、低能源消耗的低碳冶炼技术瓶颈,首先围绕Al2O3、MgO在烧结-高炉全流程的利与弊展开系统的基础理论研究,提出了高炉渣镁铝比(MgO/Al2O3,质量百分比)的操作参数;然后结合相图等热力学基础理论和试验研究,提出高炉渣适宜镁铝比的分段管控理论,即根据炉渣Al2O3含量的不同将炉渣分为三个区间,针对每一个区间设定适宜的镁铝比;最后在实验室研究的基础上,进行了现场应用的生产案例分析,验证了高炉渣镁铝比参数的正确性和可应用性。本报告旨在从根本上填补炼铁领域关于高炉渣适宜镁铝比的理论空白,促进炼铁的技术进步,达到了科学高效地使用炼铁资源与能源的冶炼目的。

【Abstract】 The energy consumption of ironmaking process accounts for more than 70% of total in the whole iron and steel production.Energy saving and consumption reduction are the key policies of green ironmaking production.In 21 century,more and more imported iron ores with high Al2 O3 content were used in China approximately 1.1 billion tons in 2019,which increased the Al2 O3 content in blast furnace(BF) slag,up to 15-17%,and resulted in poor metallurgical properties of slag,e.g.,increasing the viscosity and decreasing fluidity and desulphurization ability of BF slag.In order to achieve low carbon ironmaking for high-Al2 O3 slag,first,the effects of Al2 O3 and MgO on the whole ironmaking process were investigated,and a new parameter of MgO/Al2 O3 ratio were proposed Then,a sectional control theory for MgO/Al2 O3 ratio according to Al2 O3 content in slag was built based on phase diagram analyses and experiments.Finally,pilot-scale tests were carried out,and the better operation indices were achieved Thus,the correctness and applicability of sectional control theory on MgO/Al2 O3 were verified.The aim of present work is to fill the the knowledge gap on the MgO/Al2 O3 ratio in BF slag,and to promote the technology progress in ironmaking field,and eventually reasonable and effective using ironmaking resources and energy.
