条钢初轧孔型轧辊槽底裂纹快速定量评价

【摘要】 本文介绍了一种针对孔型轧辊槽底裂纹深度、能够实现快速定量探测的技术原理,及其设备,该技术在条钢厂初轧轧辊车间的使用,可开展收集全部轧辊及其全生命周期内开裂深度信息的工作,形成数据库和工艺分析基础,助力磨辊智慧制造。该技术采用对称映射声场测深,精确控制超声波束指向性及其在远场开裂面上的分布宽度、轴心能量分布,根据接收声能量值和槽底固定高度探测面的开裂深度定量模型,实时获取开裂深度值,可在30s内完成轧辊全周身开裂深度测定,目前已用于消除在线断辊事故和轧辊优化车削。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces a technical principle and equipment which can detect the cracking depth at the bottom of shape-steel roll quickly and quantitatively. The application of this technology in the roll-maintaining workshop of bar type steel mill can collect the cracking depth information of all rolls, and their whole life cycle, thus to form a database, to create an analytic basis, and to help the intelligent maintaining of grinding rolls. This technology utilizes symmetric mapping sound field to detect crack depth, which can control the directivity of ultrasonic beam, its distribution width and axial energy distribution on the far-field of cracking surface accurately; obtain the value of cracking depth in real time according to the value of received acoustic energy and the cracking depth quantitative model of the fixed height detection surface at the bottom of the groove, and can complete the determination of the cracking depth of the whole roll within 30 seconds. At present, this technique is used to eliminate the online broken roll accident and optimize the maintaining of the roll.
