刃具用控氮马氏体不锈钢的开发
Development of Nitrogen-Controlled Martensitic Stainless Steel for Cutting Tools

【摘要】 20Cr13N是一种氮合金化型马氏体不锈钢,主要应用在刃具行业,对淬硬性和耐蚀性有一定的要求,本文通过合理的化学成分和生产工艺设计,采用TSR炉利用喷吹氮气进行氮合金化,该生产工艺简单,成本低,产品的纯净度高。通过氮合金化使产品淬硬性和耐腐蚀性能得到明显改善,实现该产品的成功开发。
【Abstract】 20Cr13N is a nitrogen-alloyed martensite stainless steel, which is mainly used in the cutting tool industry. It has certain requirements for harden ability and corrosion resistance. This article adopts reasonable chemical composition and production process design, and uses TSR furnace to use nitrogen injection. Nitrogen alloying, the production process is simple, the cost is low, and the purity of the product is high. Through nitrogen alloying, the harden ability and corrosion resistance of the product are significantly improved, and the successful development of the product is realized.
