电渣锭型与变形量对Cr12MoV钢中共晶碳化物的影响

【摘要】 本研究选用直径分别为Φ150mm、Φ225mm、Φ275mm的Cr12MoV 3只钢锭,对其铸态组织中莱氏体共晶网络最大厚度、直径及比表面积进行测定,在相同的工况下进行加工变形,然后评定3者的共晶碳化物不均匀度,检测3者的碳化物最大水平弦长,并通过扫描电镜能谱扫描、XRD分析表征了变形前后共晶碳化物的形貌特征、分布、类型及合金元素偏聚状况。实验结果表明:共晶碳化物的不均匀度级别随锭型直径及变形量的增加而降低,其分布、均匀性得以改善;但碳化物最大水平弦长则表现出与之相反的趋势。

【Abstract】 The maximum thickness, diameter and specific surface area of the eutectic carbide net of Cr12MoV as cast ingots with diameters of Φ150, Φ 225 and Φ 275 were measured. Then, after deformation under the same working condition, the eutectic carbide inhomogeneity of the three was evaluated and the maximum carbide chord length of the three was calculated. Finally, the morphology, distribution, type, content and segregation of alloying elements of eutectic carbides before and after deformation were characterized by SEM and XRD analysis. The experimental results show that the unevenness of eutectic carbide decreases with the increase of ingot diameter and deformation, and the distribution and uniformity of eutectic carbide are improved. However, the maximum horizontal chord length of carbides shows the opposite trend.
