热带无头轧制技术的进展与优势
Progress and Advantages of Endless Hot Strip Rolling Technology

【摘要】 根据目前碳达峰碳中和的形势要求,对热带无头轧制技术的发展历程和现状进行了分析研究,通过对不同无头轧制产线的对比,总结分析了无头轧制在极限规格生产、高尺寸形状精度、低成本、节能减排等方面的优势,提出发展热带无头轧制技术的建议。
【Abstract】 according to the current situation of carbon reaching peak and carbon neutralization, the development history and current situation of endless hot strip rolling technology are analyzed. Through the comparison of different endless rolling production lines, the advantages of endless rolling technology such as limited specification production, high precision of dimensional and shape, low cost, energy saving and emission reduction are summarized and analyzed, and the suggestions for developing endless hot strip rolling technology are put forward.
