高温回火对590MPa级高强钢低温冲击韧性的影响

【摘要】 调质工艺对实验钢的性能有着重要的影响。本文研究了高温回火对590MPa级高强度钢的低温冲击韧性和显微组织的影响。结果表明,550℃回火时,显微组织主要为回火屈氏体。随着回火温度的升高,回火屈氏体含量逐渐降低,回火索氏体含量增加。对试验钢的冲击断口形貌、宏观硬度和冲击韧性进行了对比分析,发现当回火温度为630℃时,材料的冲击韧性最好。
【Abstract】 The quenching and tempering process has an important effect on the properties of experimental steels.The effects of tempering temperature on the low temperature impact toughness and microstructure of a 590 MPa high-strength steel was studied. The results show that, when tempering at 550℃, the microstructure was mainly tempered troostite. With the increase of tempering temperature, the content of the tempered troostite body gradually decreased, the content of the tempered sorbite increased. The products were tempered sorbite when tempering above 650℃. The impact fracture morphology, macrohardness and impact toughness of the experimental steel were compared and analyzed, it is found that the best impacting toughness of the material could be obtained when tempering temperature was 630℃.
