一流板坯中间包长寿命技术实践

【摘要】 随着现代钢铁企业逐渐大型化和生产的高效化,连续铸钢技术的重要性日益显现,中间包用耐火材料能否满足连浇炉数的要求,对于钢铁企业的正常生产秩序和企业总体经济效益影响巨大。针对河北某钢铁公司40t一机一流板坯中间包的生产需要,为了提高该板坯中间包的连浇使用寿命至50h,对各耐火材料侵蚀情况进行了系统分析并确定了相应的提寿方案,主要为50h试验结构方案设计、渣线干式料的调整、加装护板、挡渣墙和稳流器的改进以及塞棒和水口的改进调整等措施,目前连浇使用寿命已达到50h以上,降低了吨钢耐火材料消耗成本,减少了中间包浇余和铸坯切头、去尾数量,大幅提高了连铸生产作业率。
【Abstract】 With the large-scale and high-efficiency production of modern iron and steel enterprises, the importance of continuous casting steel technology is becoming more and more obvious. Whether the refractory materials for tundish can meet the requirements of continuous casting furnace number has a great impact on the normal production order and overall economic benefits of iron and steel enterprises. According to the production needs of a 40t first-class slab tundish in a Hebei Iron and steel company, in order to improve the continuous casting service life of the slab tundish to 50h, the corrosion situation of various refractories was analyzed systematically and the corresponding service life improvement scheme was determined. The scheme mainly includes the structural scheme design of 50h test, the adjustment of dry vibration material for slag line, adding guard plate, the improvement of Preshaped skimmer block and Current regulator, as well as the improvement and adjustment of stopper and nozzle. At present, the service life of continuous casting has reached more than 50h, which reduces the consumption cost of refractories per ton of steel, reduces the quantity of molten steel in tundish and slab cutting and slab tailing, and improves greatly the operation rate of continuous casting.
