低碳减排的炼焦煤水分调节技术探讨

【摘要】 随着"碳达峰"、"碳中和"战略的提出,炼焦行业如何以最低的资源成本实现节能环保高效,实现焦化行业的"低碳化"、"清洁化"发展,其中炼焦煤水分调节技术都是关键环节,入炉煤水分每降低1%,约降低焦炉2.4%碳排放量。本文对炼焦煤水分调节技术发展进程进行探讨,找寻适合当前我国焦化行业发展炼焦煤水分调节技术路径。
【Abstract】 How to achieve energy saving,environmental protection and high efficiency with the lowest resource cost in coking industry,and realize the development of "low-carbon",and "clean",In the strategy of "carbon peaking" and "carbon neutralization" for coking industry.coking coal moisture regulation technology is the key link.Every1 % reduction in water content of coal entering the coke oven will reduce the carbon emission of coke oven by about2.4%.In this paper,we are discussed the development process of coking coal water regulation technology,and explored the development path of coking coal water regulation technology suitable for China’s coking industry
