高能脉冲电流作用下六系铝合金的析出行为及亚结构演化

【摘要】 本文采用高能瞬时脉冲电流,对六系列铝合金进行了不同参数的处理。和经传统人工时效处理后的试样相比,经电脉冲处理后的试样中的位错组态向胞状转变,且析出相也产生了明显的球化现象。经低参数电脉冲处理后,试样中的主要析出相为Mg4(Si,Cu)纳米团簇,试样的韧性得到了约86.5%的改善;经高参数处理后,析出相为β"-Mg2Si球状相,强度得到了47.2%的显著提升。本实验的结果为开发新型铝合金强韧化工艺提供了充足的实验依据和理论参考。

【Abstract】 The Al-Mg-Si alloy was treated by high-energy electro-pusing current with different treating parameters.Compared with conventional T6 treated samples,the morphology off dislocations in electro-pulsing treated samples change into cell-like,and the shape of precipitates was also spheroidized.After electro-pulsing treatment with lower current density,Mg4(Si,Cu) co-clusters were formed and the ductility was modified by about6.5%;Whereas,for samples under electro-pulsing treatment with higher current density,granular β"-Mg2 Si phase was generated and the tensile strength was enhance by about 47.2%.In this way,this research provides sufficient experimental basis and theoretical reference for the development of new treating strategy of six series aluminium alloys.
