云平台智能算法在遥感地球物理的研究现状及展望

【摘要】 当今基于云平台的智能系统可实现"无人值守"、实时监测的遥感地球物理观测及预报。经梳理及归纳,如今已有较成熟的卫星遥感云平台,如Google Earth Engine,OpenEO,EVNI Service Engine,Open Data Cube,PIE等云服务平台。和一些自研发的地球物理场观测的传感器和云计算结合的云平台,如π-Frame平台V2.0。总结认为,云平台智能遥感地球物理系统由三大块组成:遥感地球物理数据不断更新输入和智能算法(RF、BP、SVM、DL…)输入,高性能云计算平台,APP、小程序、Web等终端呈现。在该云平台的研发与使用方面,已实现方便快捷的高效率随时随地处理和分析数据,使用同时,必须注意数据的安全性和系统的维护。此外,希望该类平台能够更多的开放使用或申请使用。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,intelligent system based on cloud platform can realize "unattended" and real-time remote sensing and geophysical observation and prediction.After combing and summarizing,there are now relatively mature satellite remote sensing cloud platforms,such as Google Earth Engine,OpenEO,EVNI Service Engine,Open Data Cube and other cloud Service platforms.And some cloud platforms that combine self-developed geophysical field observation sensors with cloud computing,such as the π-Frame platform V2.0.In conclusion,the cloud platform intelligent remote sensing and geophysic system was composed of three parts:the inputs of remote sensing data and geophysical data that can be constantly updated,and intelligent algorithms(RF,BP,SVM,DL...);high performance cloud computing platform;APP,applet,Web and other terminals.In terms of the research and development and use of the cloud platform,it has realized convenient,efficient and efficient processing and analysis of data anytime and anywhere.At the same time,attention must be paid to the security of data and the maintenance of the system.In addition,it is hoped that the platform will be more open for users.
