干热河谷地区桑叶营养特征与土壤养分之间的关系研究

【摘要】 为进一步明确干热河谷地区桑叶营养与土壤养分之间的关系。研究采用样线法,在分析不同海拔梯度上桑园土壤养分与桑叶营养的差异的基础上,利用相关性分析和CCA模型分析土壤养分元素对桑叶营养元素之间的关系。结果表明:(1)土壤养分随海拔变化的空间差异不显著。(2)桑叶营养随海拔变化的空间差异不显著。(3)土壤养分的差异主要来自土壤全氮含量和有效钾含量的差异。(4)桑叶营养的差异主要来自叶片总碳差异。(5)土壤养分差异可解释桑叶营养差异的81.31%。上述研究暗示了土壤施用钾肥可有效提高叶片总钾含量、施肥磷肥可有效提高总钙含量。
【Abstract】 by measuring the soil nutrients and mulberry leaf nutrition contents in mulbeAbstract To further clarify the relationship between mulberry leaf nutrition and soil nutrients in the dry and hot valley area.Based on the analysis of the differences between soil nutrients and mulberry leaf nutrients in different altitude gradients,the relationship between soil nutrients and mulberry leaf nutrients was analyzed by correlation analysis and CCA model.The results showed that:(1) there was no significant spatial difference between soil nutrients and elevation.(2) The spatial difference of mulberry leaf nutrition with altitude change was not significant.(3) The difference of soil nutrients is mainly the difference between nitrogen and potassium.(4) The difference of mulberry leaf nutrition is mainly organic carbon difference.(5) The difference of soil nutrients can explain the difference of 81.31% of mulberry leaf nutrition.The above studies suggest that the application of potassium fertilizer in soil can effectively increase the total potassium content of leaves and fertilize phosphorus fertilizer can effectively increase the total calcium content.
