紧凑型V波段八路功率合成放大器
A 8-way Combining V-band Amplifier Featuring Compact 3D Stacked-Packaging

【摘要】 本文提出了一种紧凑型的V波段八路功率合成放大器结构,采用了三维堆叠设计思路,结合了二阶T型节和E面波导双探针过渡结构构成紧凑八路合成网络。通过仿真软件设计,该合成网络在50GHz-62GHz频带范围内,该合成网络幅度差小于0.2d B,回波损耗优于-19.8dB,整体传输损耗小于0.2dB,折合合成效率大于90%。实物实测表明,该放大模块饱和输出功率大于28d Bm,带内平坦度优于2d B,增益大于15d B。
【Abstract】 In this paper,A 8-way combining V-band Amplifier is presented. Three dimensional stacking design is adopted. A compact 8-way Combining network is composed of second-order T-section and E-Plane Waveguide double probe transition structure.Designed by the simulation software, in the frequency band of 50GHz-62GHz, the amplitude difference of the synthetic network is less than 0.2dB, the return loss is better than-19.8dB, the overall transmission loss is less than 0.2dB, and the combined efficiency is greater than 90%.The measurement shows that the saturated output power of the amplifier is greater than 28dBm at 50GHz-62GHz, the flatness is better than 2dB, and the gain is greater than 15dB.
