大功率铁氧体环行器抗微放电设计方法

【摘要】 为了满足星载大功率铁氧体环行器大功率、低损耗、高隔离等需求,波导结环行器由于结构简单功率容量大用于星载环行器。结合星载应用环境,采用多级匹配实现带宽与隔离度要求,其中环行器敏感区域的阻抗匹配采用斜坡结构达到抗微放电要求,在S频段实现工作带宽≥10%,端口驻波比≤1.25,插入损耗≤0.2 dB,反向损耗(隔离度)≥30dB,功率容量P≥10 kW(峰值功率),仿真和试验表明该铁氧体环行器可用于星载抗微放电铁氧体环行器。
【Abstract】 In order to meet requirements of high power,low loss and high isolation of the sattellite payload highpower ferrite circulator,the waveguide juction circulator is used in the space application environent,multi-stage matching was adopted to achieve the bandwidth and isolation requirements.Int.the impedance matching of the sensitive region of the loop,the slope structure was adopted to meet anti-mudtipactor.Int the S-band,the work bandwidth is biger than 10 percent,input port standing wave ratio little than 1.25,and insertion loss less than 0.2 dB.Then,the threshold of simulation and test about multipactor for this ferrite circulator is more than 10 killo power with peak power,that can used for space payload for anti-multipactor.
