一种宽带Antipodal Vivaldi天线的RCS减缩方法

【摘要】 本文提出一种新型的具有低RCS特性的宽带Antipodal Vivaldi天线(AVA),利用Bessel拟合曲线替代传统Vivaldi中的指数渐变槽线,在4-12GHz范围内获得了3dB以上的RCS减缩,且辐射性能保持稳定。渐变曲线的弯折可扩展低频带宽,增加辐射电长度,改善贴片表面电流分布。通过在Y和Z方向对比拟合,发现MAVA-Z型天线在端射方向具有更突出的减缩效果。文中利用数值模拟工具对设计进行了仿真及优化,根据天线的S11、增益和RCS的仿真结果,证实了该RCS减缩方法的可行性。
【Abstract】 In this paper,a novel broadband Antipodal Vivaldi Antenna(AVA) with low Radar Cross Section(RCS) is proposed,by using the Bessel curve fitting exponential tapered slotline instead of the traditional vivaldi,which obtained more than 3 dB RCS Reduction in the range of 4-12 GHz,and with stably radiation property.Bending tapered slotline could extend low frequency bandwidth,increase radiation electric length,improve current distribution which inducted on the patch surface.With the comparison of fitting in Y and Z direction,that MAVA-Z type antenna has better RCS reduction effect in the endfire direction.The design is simulated and optimized by numerical simulation tools,and simulated results about S11,gain and RCS are presented its feasibility of the RCS reduction method.
