体硅MEMS工艺太赫兹圆极化双层90°波纹喇叭天线设计
Design of a silicon MEMS THz Circular Polarized Double-layer 90° Corrugated Horn Antenna

【摘要】 本文设计了一种体硅MEMS工艺太赫兹圆极化双层90°波纹喇叭天线,结合工艺实现性,通过对单层的90°波纹喇叭天线添加带有90°波纹的圆极化器,并进行关键参数的优化,得到了在425GHz到475GHz频段内工作的太赫兹右旋圆极化波纹喇叭天线。在工作频带内,实现了较好的阻抗匹配,得到了没有明显副瓣的较理想圆极化方向图,天顶轴比在2dB以下,圆极化增益均在11.2dB以上。
【Abstract】 In this paper, a silicon MEMS THz circular polarized double-layer 90° corrugated horn antenna is designed. Adding a circular polarizer with 90° corrugates to single-layer 90° corrugated horn, we obtain a THz right-handed circular polarized corrugated horn antenna which can work range from 425 GHz to 475 GHz. In the working band, it shows good impedance matching and circular polarized radiation patterns without obvious sidelobe.The axial ratios are less than 2 dB and circular polarized gains are more than 11.2 dB in working band.
