【摘要】 对于复杂微带网络,测量得到的散射参量会存在一定的误差,所以本文先利用TRL校准法对复杂微带网络的散射参量进行校准,再将校准之后的散射参量转换为ABCD矩阵。根据ABCD矩阵和特征阻抗的关系,计算得到复杂微带网络特征阻抗。最后利用HFSS仿真验证了计算方法的正确性。更多还原

【Abstract】 For a complicated microstrip network,the scattering parameters of measured exists certain errors,so this paper use TRL calibration method to calibrate the scattering parameter of complex microstrip network,then the scattering parameter after calibration is converted into ABCD matrix. According to the relationship of ABCD matrix and characteristic impedance,the characteristic impedance of complexity microstrip network can be calibrated. Finally,in this paper,the result of HFSS simulation is given to prove t the validity of this method.更多还原
