印刷法制作RFID天线研究进展

【摘要】 目前,RFID天线的制作方法主要有金属线圈绕制法、铜箔或铝箔蚀刻、电镀、印刷法等。本文对这几种方法进行了对比,突出印刷法制作天线的优势,同时研究了导电油墨在印刷RFID天线方面的进展,并介绍了化学镀铜在喷墨制作RFID中的应用。导电油墨尤其是水性导电油墨具有经济,环保,适用性强等优点,可用于丝印、凹印、柔性版印刷、喷墨等印刷方法制作RFID天线,这样工艺简单、精度高、成本低、基材广泛,具有很大的发展空间;通过化学镀在天线图案上镀一层铜可以有效降低喷墨天线图案的电阻,使得纳米银固含量在较低的情况下仍能取得理想的导电效果,进一步降低生产成本。

【Abstract】 Currently,the RFID antenna is mainly fabricated by metal coil winding,copper or aluminum etching,plating,printing and so on.In this article,comparison among the methods are conducted to stress the advantages of printing method producing antennas,and the progress of printing method using water-based conductive ink is emphasized. What’s more,the application of copper plating on producing RFID with ink-jet is described. Conductive ink especially water-based conductive ink is environmental-friendly,economic,great applicability,and is widely used in screen printing,gravure,flexible printing,ink-jet printing to print RFID antennas. Thus,it’s of simple process,high accuracy,low cost,wide substrate and has great potential. Copper plating can effectively reduce the resistance of pattern produced by ink-jet,make the solids of nano-metal in low while still achieving the desired effect of conductive and further lower the production cost.
