【摘要】 目的:制订混合痔患者术后疼痛灾难化管理方案并探讨其实施效果。方法:便利抽样法选取桂林市某三级甲等医院2020年1月-2020年8月110例混合痔术后患者为对照组,实施常规疼痛管理;同法选择2020年9月-2021年4月106例患者为干预组,成立疼痛管理小组,实施疼痛灾难化管理方案。比较两组疼痛管理及康复相关指标。结果:干预后,干预组疼痛灾难评分低于对照组,创面水肿评分优于对照组,水肿消退时间、尿潴留、排便困难均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:实施疼痛灾难化管理方案可有效改善混合痔患者的疼痛灾难性水平,促进患者有效康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To formulate a postoperative pain catastrophic management plan for patients with mixed hemorrhoids and explore its implementation effects.Methods Convenience sampling method selected 110 patients with mixed hemorrhoid surgery from January 2020 to August 2020 in a tertiary first-class hospital in Guilin City as the control group,and the same method selected 106 patients from September 2020 to April 2021 as observation In the group,a pain management team was established to implement a pain catastrophic management plan,and the patients in the control group implemented routine pain management.Compare the two groups of pain management and rehabilitation related indicators.Results After the intervention,the pain catastrophe score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the wound edema score was better than that of the control group.The time to edema resolution,urinary retention,and dysuria were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of a pain catastrophic management program can effectively improve the catastrophic level of pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids and promote effective recovery of the patients.更多还原
