【摘要】 目的:基于拉斯韦尔"5W"传播模式设计传播方案,达到提高职业人群肌肉骨骼疾患认知水平,减少肌肉骨骼疾患患病率,提高职业健康水平的目的。方法:通过将职业肌肉骨骼疾患健康教育传播活动明确概括为由五个环节和要素构成的过程,即传播者(控制研究)、传播信息(内容分析)、传播途径(媒介研究)、接收者(受众研究)和传播效果(效果分析),构建拉斯韦尔"5W"传播模式。结果:以健康科普专家和企业责任部门为传播者,以肌肉骨骼疾患疾病科普、防治技能教育为传播内容,以健康讲座、海报和宣传标语、网络短视频及社交软件为传播媒介,以受肌肉骨骼疾患困扰的职业人群或有肌肉骨骼疾患潜在风险的人群为传播对象,并通过问卷调查及健康体检的方式评价进行传播效果评价。结论:基于拉斯韦尔"5W"传播模式而设计的肌肉骨骼疾患健康教育方案,能够有效的衔接企业与工人之间在职业健康防治方面的联系,明确各主体的责任。同时,在传播媒介的选择上,结合社会科技发展的水平及工人教育文化水平,综合利用传统传播媒介如线下讲座、海报宣传标语和互联网和新媒体平台如抖音、快手、微信等平台,拓展新的传播媒介,形成多途径、全方位的传播网络。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To design a transmission program based on Laswell’s "5 W" transmission model to improve the cognitive level of musculoskeletal disorders,reduce the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders and improve the occupational health level.Methods:through the occupational musculoskeletal diseases health education activities clearly summarized as five links and factors,the process of the communicators(control),the dissemination of information(content analysis),the route of transmission(media studies),the receiver(audience) and communication effect(effect analysis),build ras,"5 W" propagation mode.Results:Department of health science experts and corporate responsibility as communicators,with musculoskeletal disorders disease prevention and control of science,skill education for delivering content,with health lectures,posters and propaganda slogans,network short video and social software as the medium,to the musculoskeletal disorders of professional people or have a potential risk of musculoskeletal disorders as the object of communication,The communication effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and physical examination.Conclusion:Musculoskeletal disease health education program based on Laswell’s "5 W" communication model can effectively link up the relationship between enterprises and workers in occupational health prevention and treatment,and clarify the responsibilities of each subject.At the same time,on the choice of media,combined with the level of the social development of science and technology and education workers cultural level,the comprehensive utilization of the traditional media such as offline lectures,posters publicity slogans,and the Internet and new media platforms such as trill,quickly,WeChat platform,develop a new medium,form a multi-channel,omni-directional communication network.更多还原
