学习类APP用户体验评价量表的修订及信度、效度分析

【摘要】 目的:修订适合大学生使用的学习类APP用户体验评价量表,并测定量表的信度及效度。方法:用修订后的学习类APP评价体系,对303名北京大学本科生进行调查,用分半信度、Cronbach’s α系数评定内部一致性信度。用Pearson相关系数γ评价重测信度;用主成分分析和因子分析的方法,选择最大方差法旋转提取特征根接近1且累计贡献率>70%的因子,检验结构效度;用验证性因子分析来测定量表的因子载荷系数、聚合效度及因子协方差分析,并测量项目的区分度。结果:修订后的量表分半信度为0.883,Cronbach’s α系数为0.958,重测信度γ均大于0.8。因子分析提取了3个特征根大于1的因子,1个接近1的因子,各条载荷的范围是0.416~0.847,4个因子累计解释了70.84%的方差。标准载荷系数除"内存占用"项目为0.505以外,均大于0.7。除第四个因子为0.414和0.581以外,其余因子的平均方差萃取值和组合信度都分别大于0.5和0.7。结论:修订后的大学生学习类APP评价量表有着较好的信度和效度,能够满足用户体验的评估,但需删除三项指标。
【Abstract】 Objective:To introduce and revise the Questionnaire of the users’ experience on learning APP for college students,and to examine its reliability and validity.Methods:303 undergraduates from Peking University was tested with revised questionnaire of the users’ experience on learning APP.Results:The split-half reliability was 0.883.The coefficient of internal consistency(Cronbach’s alpha) was 0.958.The test-retest reliability was 0.80~1.00.The Communalities was 0.416~0.847,and factor analysis showed four factors,which could explain 70.84% of total variance.Factor loading was all greater than 0.7 except item ’memory usage’(0.505).The AVE(Average Variance Extract)&CR(Composite Reliability)were greater than 0.5 and 0.7 respectively,except F4(0.414,0.581).Factor covariance were all greater than 0.4.Conclusions:The Questionnaire of learning APP for college students has good reliability and validity,which could satisfy the evaluation of users’ experience.Besides,three items need to be removed.
