【摘要】 蜂毒是由蜜蜂腹腔内的腺体合成的毒素,其成分主要是抗菌肽类、蛋白质类、生物胺类等,是一种应用广泛的天然药物,抗菌肽是一类由特定基因编码的小分子多肽,是一种重要的生物效应因子,也是现如今广泛研究的新型抗菌制剂。本文围绕蜂毒中的抗菌肽展开综述,介绍了蜂毒中的几种抗菌肽(蜂毒肽,蜂毒明肽,肥大细胞脱粒肽)的氨基酸构成,结构,作用机制及应用等。旨在为蜂毒中抗菌肽的进一步改造及应用提供理论基础,也为蜂毒的进一步应用提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bee venom is a toxin synthesized by the glands in the abdominal cavity of bees.Its main components are antimicro bial peptides,proteins,biogenic amines and so on.It is a kind of widely used natural drugs.Antimicrobial peptides are a kind of small molecular peptides encoded by specific genes.It is an important biological effect factor,and it is also a ne w type of antimicrobial agents widely studied nowadays.This paper reviews the antibacterial peptides in bee veno m,introduces the amino acid composition,structure,action mechanism and application of several antibacterial pep tides in bee venom.The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis of the further modification and application of anti microbial peptides in bee venom,and also provide a reference to/from the further application of bee venom.更多还原
