【摘要】 作为当前区域国家理论内涵保留最完整、人群使用范围最广的传统医学体系之一,我国中医药传统医学在慢性病防治方面独具特色,且发挥着不可替代的效用。岭南地区气候相对偏湿潮,为湿证频发之地;而湿证已经逐渐被视为多种慢性病的核心病机。作为全国首家省部共建中医湿证国家重点实验室的挂靠单位与建设单位,广东省中医院(广东省中医药科学院)领衔并整合区域的优势资源,致力于对岭南中医湿证的发病规律以及防治策略进行拓展性研究;预期可在慢性病管控领域获得显性成效,这不仅符合十九大建设"健康中国"的战略需求,且能不断深化具有区域特色的岭南医学内涵。本文围绕上述核心问题在岭南地区湿邪致病的特性、湿热体质辨析与健康管理、岭南中医湿证与慢性病防治模式探讨等方面展开论述,并就岭南湿证的理论溯源及涵义、疾患发生的规律及机制、疾患前期预警及防控、疾患临床治疗及转化等方面进行相关分析,以期为当前岭南中医湿证与慢性病防治决策提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the traditional medical systems with the most complete theoretical connotation and the most extensive use by the population in the current regional countries,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has its unique characteristics in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases and plays an irreplaceable role.The climate of Ling-Nan region is relatively humid,which is frequently found damp syndrome;thus it has been regarded as the core pathogenesis of many chronic diseases.As the first State Key Laboratory for TCM damp syndrome that co-sponsored by province and ministry,Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine(Guangdong Provincial Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences) is attempted to integrate the optimized resources of the region,to conduct extensive research on disease mechanism and prevention strategy of Ling-Nan TCM damp syndrome.It is expected to achieve positive results in the management and control of chronic diseases,which is not only in line with the strategic demand of building a ’Healthy China’ in the 19 th National Congress,but also can deepen the connotation of Ling-Nan medicine with regional characteristics.Based on the core problem and principles,this article attempted to discuss the issues such as the pathogenicity of TCM damp syndrome,constitution identification of dampness-heat and health management,control of chronic disease involving Ling-Nan TCM damp syndrome,focusing on the theory origin and contents of Ling-Nan TCM damp syndrome,mechanism and regularity of disorders,early warning and prevention,clinical transformation and treatment,et al.We hope all these considerations can provide references to the better understanding of Ling-Nan TCM damp syndrome and decision-making in practice.更多还原
