【摘要】 目的对广州市越秀区老年人及其照顾者进行老年人群心理卫生服务需求状况调查,为老年心理卫生服务体系的建设与发展对策研究提供科学依据。方法 2013年3~4月,采用典型抽样方法选择辖区东、南、西、北、中方位5条行政街,对广州市越秀区260名≥60岁老年人及260名照顾者进行老年心理卫生服务需求状况问卷调查。结果照料者比老人自己更认为老年人需要心理卫生服务(31.54%、20.38%)(P<0.05);照料者比老人自己更认为如果老年人接受专业人士的心理卫生服务会对学习生活工作有帮助(78.84%、68.08%)(P<0.05);照料者比老人自己更认为老年人目前需要更多的心理卫生知识(33.46%、22.31%)(P<0.05);照料者比老人自己更希望其所在社区能够提供心理卫生服务(72.31%、63.08%)(P<0.05);照料者比老人自己更希望其所在社区提供常见心理问题处理和心理咨询方面的服务(5 5.38%、34.62%)(P<0.05)。结论广州市越秀区老年人及其照顾者对什么是心理卫生服务内容欠了解,期望社区提供常见心理问题处理和心理卫生服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To survey the mental health service demand of the elderly and their caregivers,so as to provide the scientific basis for the elderly mental health service system construction and the development countermeasure research.Methods During March-April,2013,the typical sampling method was used to randomly select 260 aged 60 and above and260 clderly caregivers in 5 streets from the cast,south,west,south and central areas for a questionnaire survey on mental health service demand in Yuexiu district,Guangzhou city.Results The caregivers thought more than the elderly themselves that the elderly needed mental health services(3154%,20.38%)(P <0.05).The caregivers thought more than the elderly themselves that it was helpful to the study,life,and work for the elderly if they received professional mental health scrviccs(7& 84%,68.08%)(P <0.05).The caregivers thought more than the elderly themselves that the elderly needed more mental health knowledge(33.46%,22 31%)(P <0.05).The caregivers thought more than the elderly themselves that the elderly hoped their community to provide mental health scrviccs(72.31%,63.08%)(P <0.05).The caregivers thought more than the elderly themselves that the elderly wanthoped community to provide services with psychological problems treatment and psychological counseling(55.38%,34.62%)(P <0.05).Conclusion The elderly and their caregivers lack of awareness on the contents of mental health services in Yuexiu district,Guangzhou city,they hope to get common psychological problems and mental health services by the community.更多还原
