再生复合木方龙骨制备与运用研究

【摘要】 为响应国家"双碳"目标,实现建筑施工领域木材节约代用,本研究通过回收建筑工程废旧木材,基于木方主机连续挤出包覆工艺,预制成型再生复合木方龙骨。为探究所制复合木方作为施工支模架龙骨组件可行性,采用现场试验的方法对其正常使用状态下承载性能进行了测试。现场试验结果显示,在200mm厚度的混凝土楼板等值的荷载作用下,复合木方龙骨跨中最大挠度为3.79mm,小于国标规范中木龙骨形变允许值4mm,证明其在实际施工中使用安全可靠。所研究再生复合木方与传统木方相比特点鲜明,主要体现在绿色施工、构件标准化、施工快捷、适用性和通用性强、经济效果好等方面。因此,其在建筑施工领域运用前景广阔。
【Abstract】 In response to the national "peak carbon dioxide emissions and carbon neutrality" goals, and realizing the saving and substitution of wood in the field of construction. In this study, the waste wood is recycled from construction projects, and preforms recycled composite wood keels based on the continuous extrusion coating process of the wood square mainframe. In order to explore the feasibility of using the composite wood as a keel component of the construction formwork, the load-bearing performance of the composite wood under normal use was tested by the method of field test. The field test results show that under the equivalent load of the concrete floor slab with a thickness of 200mm, the maximum deflection of the composite wooden square keel is less than the allowable value of the wooden keel deformation in the national standard, which proves that it is safe and reliable to use in actual construction. Compared with traditional wood cubes, the researched recycled composite wood cubes have distinctive features, which are mainly reflected in the aspects of green construction, standardization of components, fast construction, strong applicability and versatility, and good economic effects.Therefore, it has broad application prospects in the field of construction.
