中华草龟、中华花龟及其杂种F1代形态差异分析

【摘要】 采用3种多元统计方法对中华草龟(Chinemys reevesii)、中华花龟(Ocadia sinensis)及其杂种F1代养殖群体的17个可量性状进行了分析和比较。聚类分析结果表明,杂种龟与母本中华草龟亲缘关系较近,聚成一组,而中华花龟与中华草龟、杂种龟相比,形态差异较大。通过逐步判别法构建了3种龟的判别函数,中华草龟、中华花龟及其杂种的判别准确率分别为96.7%、95.0%和88.3%,其综合判别率为93.7%,可用于3种龟的形态初步鉴定。采用主成分分析法获得前4个主成分的贡献率分别为33.81%、11.01%、10.25%、8.13%,累计贡献率达63.20%,对3种龟的形态差异主要决定作用在腹甲体型因子上。主成分散点图显示,杂种龟与中华草龟、中华花龟均有较大的重叠,中华草龟与中华花龟区分明显。

【Abstract】 17 measurable traits of three breeding population of Chinemys reevesii,Ocadia sinensis and their F1 hybrid were analyzed and compared using 3 multivariate statistical methods.Cluster analysis showed that hybrids and female parent Chinemys reevesii had a close genetic relationship,and clustered into a group.However,the morphological difference of Ocadia sinensis from Chinemys reevesii and hybrid turtles was large.The discriminant functions of three species of tortoises were constructed by stepwise discriminant analysis.The discriminant accuracy of Chinemys reevesii,Ocadia sinensis and their hybrid were 96.7%,95.0% and 88.3%,respectively.The comprehensive discriminant accuracy was 93.7%,which could be used for the preliminary morphological identification of three species of tortoises.Principal component analysis revealed that the contribution rates of the top 4 principal components were 33.81%,11.01%,10.25% and 8.13%,respectively,with the cumulative contribution rate reaching 63.20%.The morphological differences of three species of tortoises were mainly determined by the plastron shape factor.The scatter diagram of main components presented a large overlap between the hybrids and Chinemys reevesii,Ocadia sinensis;as well as obvious distinction between Chinemys reevesii and Ocadia sinensis.
