【摘要】 本试验旨在探究饲料中添加包膜丁酸钠对彭泽鲫幼鱼生长性能、抗氧化能力和肠道免疫的影响。配置4种实验饲料分别含有包膜丁酸钠0、1000、2000、4000mg/kg投喂均重(5.49±0.41 g)的彭泽鲫幼鱼8周时间。结果发现,饲料中添加1000、2000 mg/kg的包膜丁酸钠可显著提高彭泽鲫幼鱼的生长性能、肠道胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶活性(P <0.05),而对淀粉酶活性无显著影响(P> 0.05);鱼体脂肪含量可显著降低(P <0.05);同时,肠道总抗氧化酶、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶酶活性增强,降低鱼体MDA含量(P <0.05);通过电镜发现,肠道微绒毛的密度和长度显著增加(P <0.05);在免疫方面,血液中溶菌酶和补体C3的含量显著升高(P <0.05);肠道促炎因子IL-1β的mRNA水平显著下调,抗炎因子TGFβ和IL-10的mRNA水平显著上调(P <0.05)。研究表明,饲料中添加包膜丁酸钠可提高彭泽鲫幼鱼的生长、肠道结构和免疫能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 A study was to assess the effects of dietary sodium butyrate(SB) on growth performance,antioxidative capacities,and immune response in juvenile Carassius auratus Pengze.Four diets containing 0,1000,2000,4000 mg/kg SB(CON,SB1,SB2,SB3) were fed for fish(5.49±0.41 g) for 8 weeks.The results showed that fish in SB2 and SB3 groups had significantly higher growth performance compared the CON(P<0.05).The body lipid content was significantly decreased in SB-containing groups(P<0.05).Trypsin and lipase activities of fish fed SB2 and SB3 diets were both significantly higher than those of other groups.The malondialdehyde contents of intestines in fish fed SB diets were remarkably reduced.The serum total antioxidant capacity,superoxide dismutase,lysozyme activities and complement C3 content of fish were significantly increased.The m RNA expression levels of IL-1β was down-regulated,but TGFβ and IL-10 were significantly upregulated.Conclusively,the results showed the positive effects of the SB in Pengze crucian carp diets to growth,intestinal microvilli morphology and immune response.更多还原
