航空测压传感器防护法兰抗冰雹撞击性能研究

【摘要】 航空测压传感器可以反馈飞机目前的气动性能,在飞行安全中扮演着重要的角色。处于飞机头部的传感器防护法兰会遇到冰雹的撞击,其力学性能的好坏会影响飞机气动特性,甚至会导致飞机坠落。通过文献调研获得冰雹的材料本构模型,采用Lsdyna中*MAT155(*MAT_PLASTICITY_COMPRESSION_TENSION_EOS)材料模型模拟冰雹应变率效应和拉压不同的力学特性。建立SPH和有限单元方法的耦合分析方法,并分析冰雹环境下传感器防护法兰的力学性能,比较T50钢、镁铝合金和碳纤维3种材料制成的传感器的抗冰雹撞击性能,结果表明,采用镁铝合金的传感器防护法兰最大应力最小,采用碳纤维复合材料的最大应力最大,但是不会产生塑性变形。所研究内容可为传感器防护法兰的设计提供一定的参考依据。
【Abstract】 Aviation pressure sensors provide feedback on the current aerodynamic performance of an aircraft and play an important role in flight safety.The sensor protection flange at the head of the aircraft will encounter the impact of hail,and its mechanical properties will affect the aerodynamic characteristics of the aircraft,even lead to the aircraft crash.The material constitutive model of hail is obtained through literature research,and the* MAT155(* MAT _ PLASTICITY _ COMPRESSION _ TENSION _ EOS) material model in Lsdyna is used to simulate the strain rate effect and different mechanical properties of hail under tension and compression.The coupling analysis method of SPH and finite element method is established,and the mechanical properties of the sensor in hail environment are analyzed.Comparing the hail impact resistance of protection flange made of T50 steel,magnesium-aluminum alloy and carbon fiber,the results show that the maximum stress of the protection flange with magnesium-aluminum alloy is the smallest and the maximum stress of the sensor protection flange with carbon fiber composites is the largest,but plastic deformation will not occur.The research can provide some reference for the sensor protection flange design.
