【摘要】 目的 :了解风湿性疾病女性患者的牙周健康状况,并探讨影响牙周炎的危险因素。方法 :对680名风湿性疾病女性患者进行了问卷调查和牙周检查。所有患者均知情同意参加,并对数据进行统计分析。结果 :57.94%的风湿性疾病患者患有牙周炎,16.76%的患者患有重度牙周炎。单因素分析中显示牙周炎与年龄、受教育程度、刷牙频次、病程、绝经有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析调整混杂因素后,绝经后的风湿性疾病女性患者相较未绝经的风湿性疾病女性患者,牙周炎的风险增加了1.95倍(OR=1.95,95%CI=1.19-3.19,P<0.05);重度牙周炎的风险增加了7.82倍(OR=7.82,95%CI=3.56-17.15,P<0.01)。结论 :风湿性疾病女性患者牙周炎的患病率高,牙周炎的发生和严重程度也受多种危险因素的影响。我们应根据不同疾病患者的具体情况进行积极干预,改善风湿性疾病女性患者的口腔状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the periodontal health status of female patients with rheumatic diseases and explore the risk factors for periodontitis. Methods: This study was approved by ethics committee of hospital. All patients gave informed consent to participate. We conducted a questionnaire survey and periodontal examination of 680 female patients with rheumatic diseases. Descriptive statistics and logistic regression analysis were performed. Results: In all, 57.94% of patients with rheumatic diseases had periodontitis, and 16.76% had severe periodontitis. Univariate analysis showed that periodontitis was significantly associated with age, education level, frequency of brushing, course of disease, and menopause(P < 0.05). After multivariate logistic regression analysis and adjustment for confounding factors, postmenopausal women with rheumatic diseases had a 1.95-fold increased risk of periodontitis(odds ratio [OR] = 1.95, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 1.19-3.19, P < 0.05) compared with premenopausal women with rheumatic diseases and a 7.82-fold increased risk of severe periodontitis(OR = 7.82, 95% CI = 3.56-17.15, P < 0.01). Conclusions: The prevalence of periodontitis in female patients with rheumatic diseases is high, and the occurrence and severity of periodontitis are also influenced by multiple risk factors. We should take active interventions according to the specific conditions of patients with different diseases to improve the oral conditions of female patients with rheumatic diseases.更多还原
