固体火箭发动机复合材料壳体兰姆波脱粘检测仿真

【摘要】 以复合材料、三元乙丙橡胶层建立的固体火箭发动机(Solid Rocket Motor,SRM)壳体为对象,考虑了复合材料各向异性,通过有限元软件Abaqus对兰姆(Lamb)波在壳体中的传播进行仿真,建立了复合材料层与绝热层存在脱粘的模型。通过基于概率成像算法对脱粘数据进行分析,重构了检测区域粘接情况。成像结果表明该方法可以用于以复合材料为外壳体的SRM上,但在使用时应尽量多地排布传感器阵列,以及严格选取成像算法中的参数。
【Abstract】 The solid rocket motor(SRM) shell built with composite materials and EPDM rubber layers is taken as the object, and the anisotropy of the composite material is considered. The Lamb wave is detected by the finite element software Abaqus. The propagation in the shell is simulated, and a model of debonding between the composite material layer and the thermal insulation layer is established. By analyzing the debonding data based on the probabilistic imaging algorithm, the bonding situation of the detection area is reconstructed. The imaging results show that the method can be used on SRM with composite materials as the outer shell, but the sensor array should be arranged as much as possible when using, and the parameters in the imaging algorithm should be strictly selected.
