高铁桩基钻渣成分及污染分析
ANALYSIS ON COMPOSITION AND POLLUTION OF DRILLING SLAG FROM PILE FOUNDATION OF HIGH-SPEED RAILWAY

【摘要】 采集沪苏湖铁路Ⅱ标段不同深度的桩基钻渣,检测该钻渣中的主量元素、矿物成分,以及重金属含量,分析它们随桩基深度的变化特征,并找出钻渣中的重金属来源,以及重金属和成分的关系。采用富集因子法和潜在风险指数法分别评价重金属的富集程度和潜在生态风险,结合多元统计分析探明重金属的来源。结果表明:除Cr元素无富集外,个别点位的Hg元素为显著或较强富集,其他元素均为轻微富集。除个别点位Hg元素具有强或很强风险外,其他元素均为轻度风险;所有点位总体上属于中度风险,其中119号、174号墩属于中度风险,142号墩属于轻度风险。主成分分析表明,重金属元素主要赋存于表征细粒径的黏土矿物和铁氧化物中,且Cu、Zn、Pb、Ni主要来源于钻机钻孔过程中流入的润滑油;As主要来源于造浆用的膨润土和成土母质;Cr主要来源于成土母质;个别点位Hg元素超标,是受含Hg涂料的意外污染。
【Abstract】 The main elements,mineral compositions and heavy metal contents in the pile foundation drilling slag of different depths of section Ⅱ of Shanghai-Suzhou Railway were collected,and the characteristics of their variation with pile foundation depth were analyzed,and the sources of heavy metals in the drilling slag and the relationship between heavy metals and components were found out.The enrichment factor method and potential risk index method were used to evaluate the enrichment degree and potential ecological risk of heavy metals,and the sources of heavy metals were confirmed by multivariate statistical analysis.The results show that Cr element is not enriched,Hg element is enriched significantly or strongly at some points,and other elements are slightly enriched.Except for a few points with strong or very strong risk of Hg,the other elements were mild risk.All points are at moderate risk on the whole,of which 119# and 174# piers are at moderate risk,and 142# piers are at mild risk.Principal component analysis shows that the heavy metals mainly occur in clay minerals and iron oxides,and Cu,Zn,Pb and Ni mainly come from the lubricating oil flowing in the drilling process.As is mainly derived from bentonite and parent material of slurry.Cr mainly comes from soil parent material.Some points exceed the standard of Hg,which is caused by accidental contamination of Hg coating.
